Inside and outside work on custom high end homes in Fernie.

Regular skills training and upgrading
Must possess:
A good work ethic and eagerness to learn
Be able to provide own transportation, hand tools and safety gear
Experience in all disciplines of carpentry preferable
Display craftmanship
Focus on quality
Good communication
