DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an experienced Landscapers for our Construction and Maintenance Teams to join our amazing crew who are passionate about helping others with great attention to detail. The ideal candidates are known for being reliable, collaborative, have a high standard for their work and are solutions focused with exceptional organizational and communications skills. Experience in landscaping / hardscape / softscape install / Landscape maintenance and Horticulture, and experience running skidsteer / mini excavator are a big plus.
Reporting to the Sea to Sky dept. leadership, team members will be responsible for leading all aspects of their role including material haulage, hardscape and softscape installation, lawn and garden maintenance and other tasks as required.
Sea to Sky Team members will work predominantly in Whistler and Squamish, but may be required to work in elsewhere as needed. We always do our best to offer full-time hours, but due to the seasonal nature of the work, hours may vary at some times of the year.
We offer Extended medical and Dental benefits after 6 months of continuous full-time work. These re-start upon return to the team in sequential years.

Anticipated Hours per week: 40 We aim to provide full time work, but due to the nature of the industry and region this can not be guaranteed.
