Who is Spearhead:
-an energetic team who does what it takes to get the job done -work hard, shred hard, play hard
-we love the outdoors, whether we are painting outside or exploring what BC has to offer
THE JOB:
-“cutting” straight lines with a paint brush
-applying paint/stain with rollers and brushes
-scraping and sanding with an orbital power sander
-cleaning; scrubbing and pressure washing
-ladder work; moving ladders and painting from a ladder -Starting wage at $18/hr (our average painters will earn $25/hr)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-a reliable work ethic
-accountability
-ability to learn quickly and respond well to instruction
-problem solving; thinking through the most efficient process to completing a project
Experience is valued but NOT necessary. We will teach you how to paint and ease you into projects, starting with decks and working up to full exterior projects.
There is plenty of room to grow with Spearhead. Motivated painters with a knack for leadership will move into crew chief positions.
