We are looking for a Hot Tub Technician to ensure our guests have a ‘Memorable Mountain Experience’ by providing professional and thorough hot tub servicing for the 2021/2022 season.
Who are we?
Chalets at Big White is a vacation home rental management company that manages a variety of vacation ski-in, ski-out rental accommodations throughout beautiful Big White Ski Resort, located just outside of Kelowna, British Columbia.
What would you do?
Working alongside the maintenance team, your responsibilities will be to;
- Perform regular water and chemical balance service, cleaning, and inspections as per schedule
- Keep an updated list of hot tubs per property & hot tub vendor contact information
- Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on the hot tubs
- Work with the Maintenance Lead to source and replace required parts and equipment
- Complete start-up and shut-downs of hot tubs perform additional maintenance tasks as required
What would you bring to the job?
- At least 1 year of working experience as a hot tub technician
- Familiar with all hot tub makes and models
- A mechanical inclination and ability to do basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of chemical requirements
- Strong problem solving, prioritization and organization skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bondable
- Able to perform physical labor with some heavy lifting.

Wages: $18.00-19.00/hour depending on experience
