Niseko Home Services is a property management company caring for several properties in the Niseko area between Hirafu and Moiwa. We are looking to make two teams who can rotate between the roles of housekeeping and snow management.
The employment period is 4.5 months long, starting in the last week of November 2022.

Over the first few days it’ll become clear who is more suited to run a snowblower or a shovel. Shovel work is stairs, balconies etc. Likewise with housekeeping… we take care of some really high end luxury properties so attention to detail is an absolute must. You need to beat the guy coming in with a white glove to ‘check your work’ level of clean. It’s not hard to do with the right tools and training, but awareness is key.
Some will be more suited to one job or the other but some cross over will be required, especially during the three weeks around Christmas and the two weeks around Chinese New Year. These weeks are high peak season.
Shifts will be around 5 hours long. Snow management starts from 6am if there has been a huge dump, 7am if not. Housekeeping starts at 10am if slammed, 11am if not. Over high peak season longer days may be required. Outside of high peak season it will be possible to schedule up to three days off per week.
Subsidized housing and Niseko All Mountain pass included in the package.
Someone with front end loader operational experience would be of special interest.
