Wild Water Adventures is seeking experienced Class IV Raft Guides and Trip Leaders to join our upcoming season Rafting Team. Our daily rafting trips take place on the famous Kicking Horse River where you will be expected to provide a great river experience to our guests on all of our White Water Rafting Day Trips. British Columbia and particularly the Kicking Horse River offers some of the best pay rates and experience in the industry.

Guides need to enjoy interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner and be prepared to go that extra mile to provide that unforgettable experience. We are a small company that thrives on a great team atmosphere with people who are able to work within an established set of systems and are keen to improve their performance level everyday. Expected tasks include gear preparations and maintenance, delivery safety briefings and demonstrations, instructing guests on river rafting techniques, controlling large groups of guests, payment and waiver introduction and collection, developing and following safety protocols and procedures, guide training, logistics planning, scheduling and daily report competition.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years guiding class IV whitewater is required (please do not apply unless you have this prior raft guiding experience), as well as first aid and river rescue certification. You should have prior experience at a Trip Leader level.

Our season starts with prep and training in mid May and ends with shut down in mid September. Peak season availability through July and August will be considered for shorter term contracts.
