A day in the life of an administrative assistant at Bighorn Auto will include, but not be limited to the following:

-Providing excellent customer service

-Answering and directing phone calls

-Booking appointments and maintaining schedule flow

-Completing end of day reports

-Daily errands, bank deposits and mail pick up daily

-Receive, label and organize stock on parts shelf

-Maintaining tight control of inventory – incoming, outgoing and returns

-Having strong communication with other team members in order to maintain shop flow

-Finalizing invoicing, invoicing customers, collecting payment

-Drop off and pick up of customers

-Maintaining a clean, tidy and organized office & bathroom area, and restocking bathrooms

-Making coffee for team members and customers, maintaining coffee/tea stand and keeping it stocked

 

Requirements

-Proven experience in an office position

-Preference will be given to those with experience with bookkeeping, and use of Sage 50 software

-Energetic and a team player

-Polite and professional with all customers and team members
