-You have a class 5 driver’s license

-You have experience in the automotive or automotive parts trade

A day in the life of a service advisor at Bighorn Auto will include, but not be limited to the following:

-Providing excellent customer service

-Answering and directing phone calls

-Booking appointments and maintaining schedule flow

-Identifying and ordering correct parts for technicians

-Building estimates, work orders and invoices in Mitchell

-Keeping in contact with customers, keeping them involved with their repairs

-Receive, label and organize stock on parts shelf

-Maintaining tight control of inventory – incoming, outgoing and returns

-Checking and replenishing inventory

-Monitoring technicians and shop activity

-Corresponding with customers and suppliers via phone, email and in person

 

-Having strong communication with other team members in order to maintain shop flow

-Finalizing invoicing, invoicing customers

-Drop off and pick up of customers

-Maintaining a clean work area

 

 

Requirements

-Proven experience in the automotive trade, in the office or the shop

-Energetic and a team player

-Polite and professional with all customers and team members

-Willingness to learn

-Strong computer skills
