Our culinary operations at the resort include a 170-seat full service restaurant Rockford Wok Bar Grill, a 90-seat Bar Mackenzie Tavern, a 325-seat breakfast buffet at Revelation Lodge, a 50-seat mountain outpost and events catering for a range of formal to informal on-site events like weddings, fun pop-ups, private and corporate functions, and meetings. Job Description:
To produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain quality and speed of output.
Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of company food specifications and plating.
Adherence to cost control guidelines.
