We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to come and join our team at Blacks.
Blacks Pub and Restaurant is situated right at the bottom of Whistler Mountain. We are a busy fast paced food and drink venue with a Pub upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. Blacks has been in Whistler for over 20 years, it is a very popular tourist spot with unbelievable views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain.
Your job is to assist the Head Chef in the preparation of delicious dishes, the setting up and packing down of food stations and to learn all the ingredients for our menu so the food can be made according to the recipes. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced kitchen, listen to instructions and follow them correctly and adhere to all health and safety rules. No experience necessary as we provide all training here.
