Our team at Blacks is looking for an inspiring Line Cook to become apart of our adventure.
Blacks Pub and Restaurant is situated right at the bottom of Whistler Mountain. We are a busy fast paced food and drink venue with a Pub upstairs and a Restaurant downstairs. Blacks has been established in Whistler for over 20 years, it is a very popular tourist spot with unbelievable views of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountain.
Your job will be to assist the Head Chef behind the line plating a variety of different foods. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and assembling dishes within the section you have been given. Maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to the health and safety procedures are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced kitchen, have good attitude, listen to instructions and follow them correctly. Experience would be valuable but if you are willing to learn we are willing to teach you the skills.
