Back Shop Lead Attendant Seasonal

OVERVIEW:

The Back Shop Lead Attendant is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with Back Shop operations and Member and Guest outside services for the Golden Golf Club. The Back Shop Lead Attendant reports directly to the Assistant Golf Professional who reports to the Director of Operations.

DEFINITIONS:

Refer to the Club’s Policy Manual for definitions.

FISCAL MANAGEMENT:

  • Assists in Club Storage operation.
  • Assists in Driving Range operation.
  • Assists in Mini-Golf course operation.
  • Assists in RV Park operation, excluding maintenance.
  • Assists in all aspects of the Club’s golf cart program.  Maintenance of the carts is the responsibility of the Superintendent.

MEMBER AND GUEST SERVICES:

  • Assist in establishing and managing service standards for Members and Guests.
  • Assist in establishing and managing a Member and Guest Satisfaction Program.

CLUBHOUSE MAINTENANCE:

  • Ensures interior of the Back Shop is maintained and kept clean (including washer and dryer, club storage and club repair areas).
  • Ensures wash pad and fuel storage area is kept clean.
  • Makes recommendations to the Assistant Golf Professional and/or Director of Operations for any improvements.
  • Ensures all Clubhouse garbage containers and dumpsters are emptied.
  • Ensures walkways are swept and kept tidy.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Working with the Assistant Golf Professional and Director of Operations establishes goals/objectives and formulates action plans for accomplishing them.

COMPLIANCE POLICY AND PROCEDURE:

  • Enforces the policies and procedures established in the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws and Policies.
  • Enforces all applicable provincial legislation and regulations.
  • Assists in the development, maintenance and implementation of a Health & Safety program for Members, Guests and Pro Shop.

OTHER:

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Golf Professional and Director of Operations.
