COWS (located next to Billabong) is a very busy ice cream and retail establishment in Whistler Village. Full time opportunities are available Immediately for Year Round Supervisors.
Minimum qualifications include:
1) Legally eligible to work in Canada (BC), working Visa must be presented once hired
2) Available to start work Immediately with preference given to applicants staying for a year (3 month probationary period applies)
3) Experience in a fast paced front-line customer service environment . Food & beverage experience is an asset
4) Displays good communication skills
5) Energetic, pleasant attitude, outgoing but also able to delegate and follow up
6)Proven ability to lead teams and assist Management with day-to-day operations. **Supervisory or leadership experience required**
7)Detail-oriented especially with administrative tasks and cash handling
8) Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
9) Has an awareness of health and safety codes
10) Physical requirements are bending/lifting up to 30lbs, standing, repetitive tasks (especially in the wrists)
Scheduling Requirements:
– Must be available Weds & Thurs Night shifts (PM shifts start 3pm or 4pm)
