We are looking to hire full-time personnel to join our 3 Peaks Maintenance Team starting in Spring 2024. Long-term and season positions are available.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Linen Stripping & Garbage Removal:
- Would be responsible for delivering fresh linens and removing all dirty linens and garbage before the cleaning team arrives and would need to bring linens to the laundry facility and transfer station.
- Hot Tub Servicing and Repairs:
- Water chemistry.
- Dumping and refilling tubs.
- Basic hot tub repairs.
- Maintenance:
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (e.g., fixing locks, installing new locks, replacing batteries and lightbulbs, vehicle maintenance and care, etc.).
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
