Slopeside Property Management Ltd. was established in 2018 to provide a unique and necessary service to vacation rental property owners of Sun Peaks, BC. We are a family run business that has seen explosive growth over the past year!
Our primary objective is to provide the best service for our customers and to take care of all of their and their guests needs.
We are looking for a Cleaner / Laundry Attendant to add to our team as a year-round permanent position that will ensure our cleanliness standards are upheld.
Job Description:
A Cleaner / Laundry Attendant will require them to learn the cleaning processes we use at each individual property and continue to meet those expectations. They must know their way around Sun Peaks and they must be experienced at driving in winter conditions in order to get to and from their work sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Efficient and thorough cleaning at each of our customers properties
· Driving to / from job sites that are not practical to reach by walking (Ex. Lots of equipment, full bags of linens, excessive snow, etc.)
· Dropping off small amounts of garbage and recycling at days end at the Sun Peaks Transfer station
· Being available on call for emergency cleans or last minute cleans during peak busy periods
· Washing and folding laundry
Cleaner / Laundry Attendants must have great communication skills, efficient cleaning abilities and a good work ethic to lead by example and become a long-term part of our business.
Compensation and Work Shifts:
Compensation will be at an hourly rate of $22 per hour.
Work shifts will generally be between 8:00AM and 4:00PM daily, as demand dictates. Holidays periods will require extra hours and overtime.
We will provide:

· Private 1 bedroom basement suite available for $1100 per month (spouse welcome for an additional cost). Shared accommodations in a multi-bedroom suite also available. If required.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience
· Proof of work eligibility in Canada
· BC Drivers License (Class 5) or equivalent
· Professional Attitude and great team spirit!
