Chef de Partie Full Time

We are looking for a team player to join our busy, state of the art winery kitchen, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to visitors and in house guests.  We source local produce and take pride in the food we create and with over 500 5-star Tripadvisor reviews, you know our food and service are outstanding.

You will have at least 1 year’s Chef de Partie experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen.  You will be:

Eager to learn and willing to develop your skills and knowledge
A hard worker, able to work under pressure
Passionate about kitchen service and culinary arts
Strict on hygiene standards
Focused on quality & customer satisfaction

Kinross is a fun place to work, we have a great team culture, staff meals and benefits. This is a full time, permanent role, working to a roster each week, including weekend and evening work. We are not open for dinners, so there are only a handful of night shifts per month, when we have group functions or events.
