• Hands-on team leadership experience in accounting management (3 to 5 years)
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and an energetic, supportive leadership style that leads by example
• Highly desirable: hospitality experience, familiarity with Sage, NetSuite, and Payworks
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of computer accounting programs, budgetary analysis, and mathematical aptitude
