Mekong Restaurant is Infinity Group’s newest culinary adventure that will bring the ultimate Thai dining experience to Whistler! Our menu has been created by highly acclaimed Chef Angus An of award winning Maenam in Vancouver.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
· 4 to 5 years of experience as a hostess in a full-service high-volume restaurant
· 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant required
· Serving it Right Certification
· Ability to work well under pressure and have good follow up with guests
· Ability to hold oneself accountable to quality of work, have attention to detail and take feedback well
· Must have good teamwork skills and enjoy working with teams in a fast-paced high-volume environment
· Willingness to jump in to help the team at any time with any task, with a can-do attitude.
Our Guest Services Manager will oversee the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes but to also maximize the revenue of the restaurant throughout service. This crucial position will control the flow of guests and tables, as well as managing the floor to ensure seamless service during operational hours.
