Job Responsibilities:
Making exceptionally good coffee for a customer
Point of sale, order taking and packing
Prepare and serve food
Organization and maintenance of the coffee bar
Ensuring the coffee bar station is clean at all times
Maintenance of a clean and organized work environment
Following the high-quality standards set for our barista team
Training other Barista staff in the art of coffee making, coffee bar efficiency, speed testing and quality control
Engaging with customers to provide quick and personable positive service experiences
Fill in for Cashiers and FOH staff when needed
Follow directions of managers/supervisor
